I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Saeng Panya Home Sha Plus! The clean and spacious rooms really made my experience comfortable, and Mr. A, the owner, was just incredibly welcoming and helpful. The only minor downside was a few ants in the room, but that didn't overshadow the overall warmth of the place. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic vibe in Chiang Mai.
